Auditor - SOX

Ecolab is searching for an ambitious and knowledgeable individual to join our team as a SOX Auditor. In this exciting role, you will work closely with our internal control and financial teams to ensure the accuracy of financial documents and the accuracy of our financial statements.The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SOX, strong internal control processes, and the ability to lead teams in the execution of audits. We are seeking a team-oriented individual who has excellent communication skills, is able to effectively manage multiple tasks, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.The successful candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with at least 3 years of SOX experience. CPA and/or CIA certification is highly preferred. In addition, this individual must have a strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting. 1. Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements.
2. Monitor internal control processes and financial documents for accuracy.
3. Lead internal teams in the execution of SOX audits.
4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal control and financial teams.
5. Possess an in-depth understanding of US GAAP and SEC reporting.
6. Communicate audit results to senior management.
7. Maintain current knowledge of accounting regulations, financial reporting standards, and best practices.
8. Remain up-to-date on changes to SOX and other financial regulations.
9. Utilize problem solving skills to identify and resolve potential issues.
10. Prepare audit reports and other financial documents.
