Human Resource Representative

Ecolab is looking for a Human Resource Representative to join our team and provide HR expertise and services to our organization. This individual will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to HR, including recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations. 6. Monitor and ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
7. Develop and implement HR initiatives and programs.
8. Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and vacation policies.
9. Serve as a resource for other departments on HR-related topics.
10. Provide guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures.
