
Human Resources Business Partner

We are currently looking for an experienced and passionate Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. We are searching for a dynamic individual who is committed to creating a positive and collaborative work environment. As an HR Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic partner to the business, providing a full range of HR services including employee relations, talent management, performance management, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and compensation and benefits support. To be successful in this role, you should possess strong communication and problem-solving skills as well as experience working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate for this role will be a highly organized, collaborative professional with a passion for creating a positive work culture.The successful applicant will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Human Resources role, including experience working in a corporate environment. In addition, you will hold a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field. Previous HRBP experience is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic partner to the business, providing a full range of HR services.
- Provide employee relations, talent management, performance management, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and compensation and benefits support.
- Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills to create a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Implement and maintain policies and procedures that foster a safe, equitable, and respectful workplace.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of HR laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Develop and implement recruitment and onboarding processes to attract top talent.
- Monitor employee performance and provide coaching and guidance as needed.
- Assist with compensation and benefits administration and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
- Develop and facilitate training programs to promote employee development.
- Research and recommend best practices for HR initiatives.
