Responsibilities: • Design and execute experiments to develop and optimize product formulations • Oversee and manage laboratory operations, including the design and implementation of safety protocols • Analyze data and interpret results to draw conclusions and make recommendations • Prepare technical reports to accurately document findings • Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations • Lead and mentor junior team members in laboratory operations and the development of new products • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with external vendors • Collaborate with colleagues from around the world to identify new opportunities and innovative products • Keep abreast of industry trends and relevant scientific literature
