- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top technical talent to support Ecolab's business growth.
- Identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Build and maintain relationships with technical professionals to establish a strong talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their technical staffing needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements and expectations of the role.
- Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to identify and attract passive candidates.
- Conduct thorough pre-screening and interviewing processes to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Develop and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Partner with HR and hiring managers to negotiate and extend job offers to selected candidates.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment to continuously improve and optimize the hiring process.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress to HR and hiring managers.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Ecolab, promoting our company culture and values to potential candidates.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and events to enhance Ecolab's reputation as an employer of choice for top technical talent.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Technical Talent Acquisition: A Senior Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist At Ecolab Should Have A Strong Background In Recruiting Technical Professionals, With At Least 5 Years Of Experience In This Field.
Familiarity With The Chemical And/Or Manufacturing Industry: Ecolab Is A Global Leader In Water, Hygiene, And Energy Technologies, So A Strong Understanding Of The Chemical And/Or Manufacturing Industry Is Essential For This Role.
Demonstrated Ability To Source And Attract Top Technical Talent: The Senior Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist Will Be Responsible For Identifying And Attracting Top Technical Talent, So They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Success In This Area.
