Job Description

In this role, you will play a critical role in our ability to deliver devices that maximize our patient’s recovery and quality of life by supporting applications for our Clinical Affairs operations across several global business units, including clinical trials of our devices in development. Keep current with clinical and IT technologies in support of business process and recommend technologies that will increase cost effectiveness. Lead and/or manage small to mid-sized projects / enhancements to re-engineer and optimize business processes and systems. Support validated IT systems, by writing requirement documents, specification documents, and test scripts leading to the execution of validation plans. Configure and test systems to execute features, integration, and reporting per Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

Job Qualifications

4+ years of experience in an IT Business Systems Analyst role with system administration responsibilities.
Ability to assist with mapping, troubleshooting, and optimizing interfaces for multiple systems.
Experience managing small to mid-sized IT projects.
Experience with identifying, integrating, and managing SaaS solutions and external vendors.
