Job Description

Edwards is looking for a Legal Analyst to join the Law Department’s Healthcare Regulatory group to work within a specialized team. The Legal Analyst will be responsible for timely review and analysis of advertising and promotion pieces and clinical contracts, as well as assisting with legal regulatory tasks as needed. Reviews and advises on a variety of advertising and promotional pieces, including print and digital ads, social media campaigns, speaker presentations, and other materials to determine compliance with applicable regulations and policies and assess corporate risk. Provides essential client and attorney support regarding various types of clinical contracts at Edwards. Supports training of business partners regarding the clinical contract process. Assists with managing playbooks, presentation decks, templates, review guides, and job aides. Identifies, develops, and recommends process improvement solutions.

Job Qualifications

Paralegal certification preferred.
Background in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or related healthcare industry preferred.
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize projects and tasks appropriately.
Minimum 3 years of experience in negotiating clinical contracts, advertising and promotion review
3 years of experience in negotiating clinical contracts, advertising and promotion review in the medical device or pharmaceutical
