We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Manager, Project Management to join our Edwards Lifesciences team. The ideal candidate has the vision, leadership, and strategic skills to motivate and guide a small team of project managers to success. You should have a passion for the field and for helping others reach their full potential.You must have excellent organizational skills, a broad understanding of project management principles and processes, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and negotiation abilities are essential, as is the capacity to think creatively when presented with complex challenges. A positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues from different departments will be key to success in this role.
