
Senior Analyst, Sales Strategy & Operations

You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales and profitability, as well as providing analytics support to the sales and operations teams.To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field. You should have at least three years of experience in sales analytics, strategy, or operations. Additionally, you should have excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and profitability
- Provide analytics support to the sales and operations teams
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement
- Create and implement strategies to optimize customer success
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Design and execute customer surveys and other market research initiatives
- Utilize statistical analysis and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Excel, and R
- Create reports and presentations to share insights and recommend strategies
- Stay up to date on industry trends and technologies
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful execution of strategies
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills
