The Fashion Designer will be responsible for creating beautiful, modern designs that reflect the Eileen Fisher Inc brand.The ideal candidate will possess a degree in fashion design or a related field, have experience in fashion design, and be knowledgeable of current fashion trends. Responsibilities:

1. Create fashion designs that reflect the Eileen Fisher Inc brand.
2. Research and analyze current fashion trends.
3. Create sketches and prototypes of designs.
4. Work collaboratively with other members of the design team.
5. Meet deadlines and stay organized.
6. Work with fabric and textile suppliers to select appropriate fabrics.
7. Create detailed specs and tech packs for production.
8. Monitor the production process to ensure designs are being created accurately.
9. Attend fittings and provide feedback to production team.
10. Participate in marketing and promotional activities.
