Eileen Fisher Inc is looking for a dynamic and creative Fashion Designer to join our team! We are seeking an individual who is passionate about fashion and has a deep understanding of current trends. The ideal candidate will have a great eye for design, be able to think outside of the box, and be able to bring our brand innovation to the next level. This individual should be organized, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work well under pressure.In order to be considered for this position, applicants must have a degree in fashion design or a related field and a minimum of three years of experience in designing fashion collections. Candidates should also demonstrate a portfolio of their previous work. Responsibilities:

1. Design fashion collections that reflect current trends and stay true to the Eileen Fisher brand
2. Collaborate with various teams to ensure designs are in line with the company’s aesthetic
3. Research and analyze current trends to anticipate future fashion directions
4. Create sketches and illustrations of designs
5. Source fabrics and materials to create prototypes
6. Monitor the production process and ensure quality assurance
7. Present designs to teams and clients
8. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends
9. Assist in the selection of fabrics, trims, colors, and styles
10. Monitor and evaluate customer feedback and adjust designs accordingly
