The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of textile and apparel production and be able to work collaboratively with other departments to ensure that Eileen Fisher’s high standards of quality and style are met. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in fashion design, 3+ years of experience in the fashion industry, and an excellent grasp of current fashion trends. Additionally, the candidate must possess excellent problem-solving skills and be comfortable working with tight deadlines. A passion for the fashion industry and an entrepreneurial spirit are also highly desired.
