The right candidate will be a critical thinker who can bring fresh perspectives to our designs. Working closely with our Design Director, you will have the opportunity to help shape and create the look and feel of the Eileen Fisher brand. You must be an innovative, detail-oriented designer who is eager to learn and grow. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Design Director to create looks and styles for the Eileen Fisher brand
• Develop new ideas for fashion designs based on consumer feedback and market trends
• Create sketches, patterns, and garments based on the design concept
• Research fabrics, colors, and textures to be used in the designs
• Refine designs to ensure they meet quality standards
• Provide technical support to other team members as needed
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously
• Stay up to date with the latest fashion trends and customer preferences
• Attend meetings and presentations to discuss design concepts and progress
