Eileen Fisher Inc is seeking an enthusiastic Product Developer to join our dynamic team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about fashion and has a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate should have experience in apparel design, have excellent communication and organizational skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.The Product Developer will be responsible for developing and executing product design concepts for the Eileen Fisher brand. The successful candidate will be expected to work collaboratively with the Design, Merchandising, and Production teams to ensure successful product development.The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Design, or related field• 5+ Years of experience in apparel design• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator• Excellent communication and organizational skills• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment• Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentIf you are a creative and detail-oriented individual and think you have what it takes to join the Eileen Fisher Inc team, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute product design concepts for the Eileen Fisher brand.

• Work collaboratively with the Design, Merchandising, and Production teams to ensure successful product development.

• Analyze customer preferences and trends and use them to create innovative designs.

• Create prototypes for new designs and make necessary amendments based on feedback.

• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, to create product designs.

• Engage in research and forecasting activities to identify customer preferences.

• Work with the Production team to ensure the timely completion of projects.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest fashion trends and materials.

• Oversee the production process and ensure quality control.

• Create detailed technical specifications for product designs.

• Present designs to management and clients.
