Job Description

The Sustainability Specialist should also have a passion for learning and a drive to stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies related to sustainability. Above all, the candidate should have a strong commitment to creating a more sustainable future.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sustainability strategies and initiatives in line with Eileen Fisher Inc’s mission.
  2. Analyze data related to all aspects of sustainability, such as waste, energy, and water usage.
  3. Collaborate with different internal teams to ensure the successful execution of sustainability plans.
  4. Promote environmental justice through research and initiatives.
  5. Research and stay informed on the latest trends and technologies related to sustainability.
  6. Generate creative and innovative solutions to sustainability challenges.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners.
  8. Monitor progress and report on the success of sustainability initiatives.
