Job Description

Eileen Fisher Inc is seeking an experienced Visual Merchandiser to join our team! This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and organized individual to create compelling visual displays in order to drive sales and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for fashion.The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a professional manner. A comprehensive knowledge of current fashion trends is also preferred. If you are passionate about making a difference, this is the job for you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop creative and innovative visual displays that meet brand standards and effectively display products.
  2. Ensure displays are kept clean, organized, and up to date with current fashion trends.
  3. Work closely with store management and merchandising teams to ensure displays are optimized to drive sales.
  4. Analyze sales data to identify opportunities to increase customer engagement and sales.
  5. Develop and implement strategies to ensure visual displays are properly maintained.
  6. Manage inventory and ensure appropriate stock levels are maintained.
  7. Stay up to date on industry trends and ensure displays reflect the latest trends.
  8. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  9. Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  10. Perform other duties as assigned.
