  1. Develop and implement campus recruiting strategies to attract top talent from universities and colleges.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with key universities, career centers, and student organizations to establish a strong presence on campus.
  3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and create targeted recruitment plans.
  4. Utilize various recruitment tools and techniques, including job fairs, information sessions, and social media, to engage with potential candidates.
  5. Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and fit for EA's culture.
  6. Coordinate and manage the campus interview process, including scheduling, logistics, and candidate feedback.
  7. Serve as a brand ambassador for EA at campus events and promote the company's mission, values, and culture.
  8. Analyze recruitment data and trends to make recommendations for improving the campus recruiting program.
  9. Act as a liaison between candidates, hiring managers, and HR to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  10. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in campus recruiting to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
  11. Collaborate with other recruiters and HR team members to share knowledge and resources for improving recruitment processes.
  12. Represent EA at industry conferences and events to network and attract top talent.
  13. Adhere to all legal and compliance guidelines related to recruiting and hiring practices.
  14. Assist with onboarding and orientation of new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
  15. Continuously promote EA as an employer of choice and a leader in the gaming industry.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • 2-3 Years Of Experience In Campus Recruiting, Preferably Within The Gaming Or Technology Industry.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Engage With Students, University Staff, And Hiring Managers.

  • Strong Understanding Of Current Recruiting Trends And Strategies In Order To Attract Top Talent.

  • Ability To Travel To Various College Campuses And Represent Electronic Arts In A Professional Manner.
