Behavioral Health Appeals Coordinator

In this role, you will be responsible for handling appeals for behavioral health services for our members. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically. The ideal candidate must have a commitment to providing exceptional service to our members and be able to effectively manage competing priorities.To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the managed care industry and have knowledge of behavioral health services. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
