Director, Pharmacist in Charge

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
2. Develop and implement strategies to ensure patient safety and improve customer service.
3. Monitor, evaluate, and document pharmacy performance and make recommendations for improvement.
4. Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including suppliers, professional associations, and regulatory bodies.
5. Develop and maintain policies and procedures for pharmacy operations.
6. Manage and train pharmacy staff, including hiring, performance management, and professional development.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory and medication orders.
8. Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
9. Monitor industry trends and ensure the pharmacy is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
10. Provide accurate and timely information to customers and other stakeholders.
