
Learning Experience Designer
Elevance Health is seeking a passionate and motivated Learning Experience Designer to join our team and create engaging and impactful learning experiences for our users. We are looking for a creative thinker who can conceive, develop, and evaluate educational strategies that keep our learners engaged and inspired. The ideal candidate for this position will have a can-do attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and an eye for detail.The Learning Experience Designer will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of engaging and innovative learning experiences for Elevance Health’s users. This includes developing course materials, designing interactive activities, and creating engaging visuals and multimedia. The Learning Experience Designer will also collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and other stakeholders to create effective and impactful learning experiences.To be successful in this role, the Learning Experience Designer should have a creative and innovative mindset, as well as strong organizational and communication skills. Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of engaging and innovative learning experiences for Elevance Health’s users
- Develop course materials, design interactive activities, and create engaging visuals and multimedia
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and other stakeholders to create effective and impactful learning experiences
- Utilize creative and innovative mindset to develop high-quality learning experiences
- Utilize strong organizational and communication skills to ensure learning experiences are delivered on-time and to a high standard
- Work with instructional design, e-learning, and multimedia technologies to ensure learning experiences are optimized
- Monitor, evaluate, and improve existing learning experiences to ensure they remain up-to-date and engaging
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in learning experience design
