Medicaid Network Strategy Director

You must have excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to negotiate contracts and manage relationships with providers and other stakeholders. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage Elevance Health's Medicaid network strategy.
2. Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with providers and other stakeholders.
3. Monitor industry trends and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.
4. Analyze and evaluate the performance of the network to identify opportunities for improvement.
5. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the highest quality of care and service for members.
6. Identify and recommend new provider types to enhance network offerings.
7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the network strategy aligns with organizational goals.
8. Prepare and present reports and presentations to senior management.
9. Participate in meetings and conferences to stay abreast of industry developments.
10. Foster a culture of diversity and inclusion, and lead by example.
