In this role, you will be responsible for managing the enrollment process for patients seeking medical services from Elevance Health. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent customer service abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.The ideal candidate should have at least an Associate’s degree in healthcare administration or a related field, and at least two years of experience working in healthcare. Knowledge of medical insurance policies and procedures is also required. An understanding of federal and state regulations concerning patient enrollment is preferred.You must be able to establish and maintain positive relationships with patients and their families, as well as other members of the healthcare team. You must also have strong communication skills and be able to multi-task in order to meet deadlines. Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and coordinate the enrollment process for patients seeking medical services from Elevance Health.
  2. Establish and maintain positive relationships with patients, their families, and other members of the healthcare team.
  3. Provide excellent customer service to patients.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient enrollment processes.
  5. Stay up-to-date on medical insurance policies and procedures.
  6. Understand and adhere to federal and state regulations concerning patient enrollment.
  7. Maintain strong communication skills and be able to multi-task in order to meet deadlines.
  8. Demonstrate respect for patients' rights and cultural, religious, and ethnic backgrounds.
  9. Handle confidential patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
  10. Resolve any enrollment-related issues that arise.
