Job Description

Elevance Health is seeking an experienced and organized Provider Reimbursement Administrator to join our dynamic team. Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and delivering accurate reimbursement to our providers. The Provider Reimbursement Administrator will be responsible for processing and accurately managing provider claims, ensuring timely payments, and performing provider audits.The successful applicant will possess a comprehensive understanding of provider reimbursement policies and procedures, experience with medical billing, and have excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. They must be highly adept at working both independently and as part of a team and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

  1. Process and accurately manage provider claims in accordance with reimbursement policies and procedures
  2. Ensure timely and accurate payments to providers
  3. Perform provider audits to ensure compliance with reimbursement policies and procedures
  4. Monitor provider activity to ensure accuracy and integrity of payments
  5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of provider reimbursement policies and procedures
  6. Provide excellent customer service to providers
  7. Analyze and resolve reimbursement-related issues in a timely manner
  8. Develop and implement strategies to improve provider reimbursement process
  9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and accurate reimbursement
  10. Monitor and report on provider reimbursement trends
  11. Stay up-to-date on changes to healthcare regulations and laws
