  1. Develop and implement reporting and analytics strategies to support business objectives and drive growth.
  2. Lead a team of analysts and data scientists to gather, analyze, and interpret data from various sources.
  3. Create and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate key business insights to stakeholders.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and provide data-driven solutions.
  5. Ensure accuracy and consistency of data by establishing and maintaining data governance processes.
  6. Continuously monitor and improve data quality and integrity to ensure reliable reporting.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in reporting and analytics to drive innovation.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand their reporting and analytics needs.
  9. Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  10. Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and foster a culture of continuous learning.
  11. Manage projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
  12. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the availability and accessibility of data for reporting and analytics purposes.
  13. Develop and maintain documentation of reporting and analytics processes and standards.
  14. Stay compliant with relevant regulations and guidelines related to data privacy and security.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business, Data Analytics, Or Healthcare Administration.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In A Data Analysis Or Reporting Role, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Data Analysis Techniques And Tools, Including Sql, Tableau, And Microsoft Excel.

  • Experience Leading A Team And Managing Projects, With A Proven Track Record Of Delivering High-Quality Reports And Analytics.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Data And Reporting Requirements, Including Hipaa Regulations And Cms Guidelines.
