
Telephonic Nurse Case Manager

Active Rn Licensure: A Telephonic Nurse Case Manager At Elevance Health Must Possess An Active Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Where They Will Be Working.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Clinical Experience: Candidates Should Have At Least 3 Years Of Experience Working As A Nurse In A Clinical Setting, Preferably In Fields Such As Case Management, Home Health, Or Hospice Care.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Telephonic Nurse, The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Patients, Healthcare Providers, And Other Stakeholders Is Crucial For Success In This Role.
Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Guidelines: A Deep Understanding Of Healthcare Regulations And Guidelines, Such As Hipaa And Medicare/Medicaid, Is Essential For The Role Of A Telephonic Nurse Case Manager.
Proficiency With Technology And Electronic Medical Records (Emr): Elevance Health Utilizes Technology And Electronic Medical Records To Manage Patient Cases, So Proficiency With These Tools Is Required For The Position.
