  1. Develop and oversee clinical trial protocols in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  2. Design and implement scientific strategies to meet clinical development objectives.
  3. Conduct literature reviews and stay up-to-date with current scientific literature.
  4. Collect, analyze, and interpret clinical trial data to inform decision making.
  5. Collaborate with physicians, researchers, and other stakeholders to ensure clinical trials are conducted in compliance with regulations and guidelines.
  6. Act as a point of contact for study sites, providing guidance and support as needed.
  7. Monitor the progress of clinical trials and identify and address any potential issues.
  8. Draft and review study documents, such as informed consent forms and study reports.
  9. Contribute to the development of regulatory submissions and responses to regulatory queries.
  10. Keep abreast of advancements in the pharmaceutical industry and apply new knowledge to clinical research processes.
  11. Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  12. Participate in cross-functional meetings and provide updates on clinical trial progress.
  13. Ensure adherence to ethical standards and patient safety throughout the clinical trial process.
  14. Assist with budget planning and management for clinical trials.
  15. Collaborate with external partners, such as contract research organizations, to ensure successful execution of clinical trials.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Pharmacology, Biology, Or Clinical Research.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Clinical Research, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Fda Regulations And Guidelines For Clinical Trials.

  • Experience In Designing, Conducting, And Analyzing Clinical Trials, Including Knowledge Of Statistical Analysis Methods.

  • Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Findings To Both Scientific And Non-Scientific Audiences.
