  1. Conduct and oversee clinical research studies in accordance with company protocols and regulatory guidelines.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including physicians, statisticians, and data managers, to design and execute clinical trials.
  3. Analyze and interpret data from clinical trials to contribute to the development of innovative medicines.
  4. Stay current with advancements and developments in the field of medical research and apply knowledge to projects.
  5. Communicate and present data and findings to internal and external stakeholders, including management, medical professionals, and regulatory agencies.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and investigators to support the company's research goals.
  7. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the clinical research process.
  8. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness in clinical research.
  9. Mentor and train junior staff members in scientific and technical aspects of clinical research.
  10. Represent the company at scientific conferences and meetings to share insights and network with industry professionals.
  11. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and regulatory affairs, to support the successful launch of new products.
  12. Uphold ethical standards and patient safety throughout the clinical research process.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field: A Clinical Research Scientist At Eli Lilly And Company Should Have A Minimum Of A Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Or Molecular Biology. A Phd Is Preferred.

  • Previous Experience In Clinical Research: Candidates Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Research Setting, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Company. This Experience Should Include Designing And Conducting Clinical Trials, As Well As Analyzing And Interpreting Data.

  • Knowledge Of Fda Regulations And Guidelines: A Strong Understanding Of Fda Regulations And Guidelines Related To Clinical Research Is Essential For This Role. Candidates Should Be Familiar With Good Clinical Practice (Gcp) And Have Experience Working With Regulatory Agencies.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: Clinical Research Scientists At Eli Lilly And Company Are Responsible For Analyzing Complex Data And Identifying Trends And Patterns. Candidates Should Have Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills To Effectively Carry Out This Aspect Of The Job.

  • Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills: Working In A Cross-Functional Team Is An Integral Part Of The Role Of A Clinical Research Scientist At Eli Lilly And Company.
