  1. Lead the design and implementation of clinical trials to evaluate the safety and efficacy of new therapies.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical, regulatory, and commercial teams, to ensure the successful execution of clinical trials.
  3. Analyze and interpret clinical trial data to support decision-making and drive the development of new treatments.
  4. Stay up-to-date with current medical research and industry trends to inform trial design and strategy.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including investigators and key opinion leaders, to support the successful execution of clinical trials.
  6. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures.
  7. Prepare and review study protocols, study reports, and other clinical trial documents.
  8. Contribute to the development of study budgets and timelines and ensure adherence to these throughout the trial.
  9. Communicate trial results and progress to internal and external stakeholders, including presenting at conferences and authoring publications.
  10. Mentor and train junior team members on clinical research best practices and processes.
  11. Collaborate with other departments, such as data management and statistics, to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of clinical trial data.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert in clinical research and provide guidance and support to other teams within the company.
  13. Represent the company and its values in all interactions with external partners and stakeholders.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and systems to increase efficiency and quality in clinical research.
  15. Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards in all aspects of the job.

Job Qualifications
  • A Minimum Of A Master's Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field Such As Pharmacology, Biology, Or Chemistry.

  • At Least 3 Years Of Experience In Clinical Research, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Good Clinical Practice (Gcp) Guidelines And Regulatory Requirements For Conducting Clinical Trials.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, As Well As The Ability To Work Collaboratively In A Team Environment.

  • Proficiency In Data Analysis And Statistical Software, And A Strong Understanding Of Clinical Trial Design And Methodology.
