
Clinical Research Scientist

- Conduct and oversee clinical research studies in accordance with company policies and regulations.
- Develop and maintain study protocols, informed consent forms, and other study documents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including physicians, biostatisticians, and data managers, to ensure successful execution of clinical trials.
- Analyze and interpret data from clinical trials, and communicate results to internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor study progress and identify and address any issues or deviations from protocol.
- Ensure adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and other regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to the development of new drugs and therapies by providing scientific expertise and insights.
- Stay current with developments in the field of clinical research and incorporate new methodologies and technologies into study design.
- Participate in the writing and review of study reports, scientific publications, and regulatory submissions.
- Collaborate with external partners, such as contract research organizations (CROs) and academic institutions, to support the conduct of clinical trials.
- Mentor and train junior staff members on clinical research processes and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and organized study records and ensure proper archiving of study documents.
- Represent the company at scientific conferences and meetings, and present study results to external audiences.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and ethics.
- Continuously assess and improve processes and procedures to ensure the highest quality of clinical research.
Strong Understanding Of Clinical Trial Design, Data Analysis, And Regulatory Requirements.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Pharmacology, Biology, Or Clinical Research.
At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Clinical Research, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.
Knowledge Of Good Clinical Practice (Gcp) Guidelines And Experience With Regulatory Submissions And Inspections.
