- Stay up-to-date on the latest developments and trends in global healthcare to inform research design and analysis.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, payers, and patient advocacy groups.
- Communicate research findings and insights to internal and external stakeholders in a clear and impactful manner.
- Ensure that all research studies comply with regulatory requirements and ethical standards.
- Manage and analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns in patient outcomes.
- Work closely with other members of the Global Health Outcomes team to develop and implement research protocols, study designs, and data collection methods.
- Continuously seek out opportunities to improve and optimize research processes and methodologies.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of evidence-based strategies to support product value and market access.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on health outcomes research and provide guidance and support to other team members.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards in all aspects of the job.
- Actively participate in conferences and other professional development opportunities to stay informed about the latest advancements in health outcomes research.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to improving patient outcomes and making a positive impact on global health.
Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Epidemiology, Public Health, Health Economics, Or Biostatistics.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Global Health Outcomes Research, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Health Outcomes Research Methods, Including Study Design, Data Analysis, And Interpretation.
Strong Understanding Of Global Health Systems And Reimbursement Processes, Particularly In Low- And Middle-Income Countries.
Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Present Findings To A Variety Of Stakeholders.
