  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to promote and sell Eli Lilly and Company's pharmaceutical products.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and other key decision-makers.
  3. Meet and exceed sales targets and goals for assigned territory.
  4. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare professionals and educate them on the benefits of our products.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor products, and market developments to effectively position our products in the market.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, medical affairs, and market access, to ensure a coordinated approach to promoting and selling our products.
  7. Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and other events to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
  8. Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends.
  9. Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
  10. Continuously strive to improve product knowledge, sales skills, and understanding of the healthcare industry.
  11. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance regulations.
  12. Travel within the assigned territory to meet with clients and attend meetings and events.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Pharmaceutical Sciences.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Pharmaceutical Industry And Product Knowledge Of Eli Lilly And Company's Offerings.

  • Proven Sales Experience And Track Record Of Meeting Or Exceeding Sales Targets.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Healthcare Professionals.

  • Ability To Travel And Work Independently, With A Valid Driver's License And Clean Driving Record.
