  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and maintain existing accounts.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals to promote and sell pharmaceutical products.
  4. Conduct product presentations and trainings for healthcare professionals.
  5. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.
  6. Meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
  7. Utilize strong negotiation and communication skills to close deals and maintain customer satisfaction.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.
  9. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments.
  10. Represent the company at industry conferences and events.
  11. Stay compliant with all company policies and regulations.
  12. Continuously update knowledge of products, disease areas, and relevant medical information.
  13. Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
  14. Travel to various locations within assigned territory as needed.
  15. Maintain accurate and timely records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Or Marketing.
