  1. Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and nurses, to promote and sell Eli Lilly and Company's pharmaceutical products.
  2. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
  3. Conduct product presentations and trainings for healthcare professionals to educate them on the benefits and uses of Eli Lilly and Company's products.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, medical affairs, and market access, to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities.
  6. Utilize data and analytics to identify and prioritize key accounts and opportunities for growth.
  7. Provide exceptional customer service and support to healthcare professionals, addressing any questions or concerns they may have regarding Eli Lilly and Company's products.
  8. Attend industry conferences and events to network, gather insights, and represent Eli Lilly and Company's products and brand.
  9. Maintain accurate and timely records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence in the company's CRM system.
  10. Comply with all legal and ethical standards for pharmaceutical sales, including adhering to all company policies and procedures.
  11. Continuously seek out new business opportunities and proactively identify ways to expand the company's reach and impact.
  12. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge, selling skills, and understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry.
