- Monitor and evaluate the safety and efficacy of products developed by Eli Lilly and Company.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and guidelines related to pharmacovigilance.
- Conduct thorough and timely review of adverse event reports and determine appropriate actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review safety data and provide recommendations for product labeling and risk management strategies.
- Participate in the development and implementation of processes and systems to support pharmacovigilance activities.
- Conduct risk assessments and signal detection activities to identify potential safety concerns.
- Review and analyze safety data from clinical trials, post-marketing surveillance, and literature sources.
- Generate and submit safety reports to regulatory agencies as required.
- Act as a subject matter expert on pharmacovigilance for internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide training and support to other team members on pharmacovigilance processes and regulations.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in pharmacovigilance regulations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of pharmacovigilance processes and procedures.
- Foster a culture of patient safety within the organization.
- Represent the company in external meetings and conferences related to pharmacovigilance.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all pharmacovigilance tasks and deliverables.
Advanced Degree In Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Pharmacovigilance, Drug Safety, Or Related Field
Knowledge Of Global Regulatory Requirements And Guidelines For Pharmacovigilance
Experience In Clinical Trial Safety Monitoring And Signal Detection
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With Attention To Detail And Accuracy In Reporting Adverse Events And Analyzing Safety Data
