  1. Manage change orders from initiation to completion, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  2. Communicate with customers to gather necessary information and documentation for change orders.
  3. Review and analyze change order requests for feasibility and impact on project timelines and budget.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine appropriate course of action for change orders.
  5. Prepare and process change order documentation, including pricing, specifications, and other relevant information.
  6. Monitor change order status and provide regular updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
  7. Address customer inquiries and concerns related to change orders in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Identify and escalate any potential issues or roadblocks in the change order process.

  • Strong Communication Skills: A Customer Service Change Order Specialist Should Have Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills To Effectively Communicate With Customers And Internal Teams.
