Prepare and communicates show plans to global Sales representatives. Manage all trade show assets with Exhibit vendor. Select, engage and negotiate with vendors including event management companies, exhibit vendors and freight companies to execute trade shows on time and within budget. Coordinate trade show presence and activities with global colleagues for all Cargo Solutions and Cooper-Atkins, Cold Chain product lines and support the execution of OneEmerson events. Manage inventory of corporate apparel, trade show promotion items and sales giveaways. Create and maintain annual trade show/events calendar. Track all trade show expenses and manage to annual budget. Collect and manage all trade show leads; work with CRM Marketing Manager for timely upload for response by Sales organization. Maintain global trade show design and best practices playbook including policies and procedures. Ensure all marketing materials conform to Emerson brand guidelines.
