
Bilingual Communications Specialist
Emory University is seeking an experienced and talented Bilingual Communications Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to use your communication and language skills to help support our diverse multicultural community and promote the university's mission. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, self-motivated professional with exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish. The Bilingual Communications Specialist will be responsible for creating, editing, and translating various forms of communication content, including press releases, articles, webpages, and other digital content. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator and have a deep understanding and appreciation for cultural nuances. To be successful in this role, the candidate must be able to effectively collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including members of the media and external partners. Required qualifications include: • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field• Native-level fluency in Spanish (oral and written)• At least three years of experience in communications, public relations, or a related field• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English and Spanish• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to tight deadlines• Proficiency with MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and/or related software
Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team
Bachelor's Degree In Communications
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills In English And Spanish
Public Relations Or Related Field
At Least Years Of Experience In Communications Or Public Relations
Knowledge Of Media Relations And Social Media
