
Career Center Manager, Recruiting Operations
As an integral part of the Emory University Human Resources team, the Career Center Manager, Recruiting Operations is responsible for driving the recruiting and hiring process for the University. This role requires exceptional organizational, relationship building, and problem-solving skills, as well as a detailed knowledge of applicable recruiting regulations, policies, and procedures. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will be motivated, have excellent communication skills, and have a passion for helping others. The successful candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five years of experience in recruiting and/or human resources in a higher education setting. Additionally, the candidate must possess a working knowledge of recruiting technology, sourcing practices, and industry trends. The successful candidate will also demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
