Job Description

We are looking for a Clinical Research Coordinator to join the Emory University research team and contribute to our cutting-edge research initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm and expertise to the position, as well as an understanding of the importance of conducting clinical research in an ethical and responsible manner.The Clinical Research Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing clinical research projects, ensuring that research protocols are carried out in an accurate and timely fashion. This role requires organizational acumen and a commitment to meeting deadlines. Candidates must have a demonstrated ability to manage diverse and complex projects, as well as a keen understanding of the ethical and legal requirements associated with the clinical research process.Required qualifications for this position include: a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Nursing, Public Health, or Biology; a minimum of 3 years of clinical research experience; knowledge of database management systems, such as REDCap and COVID-19; and experience working with IRBs and other regulatory bodies. Additionally, excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment, are essential.
