Job Description

Emory University is seeking a creative and highly motivated individual to serve as the Director of Simulation Operations. The successful candidate will oversee the operations and development of simulation-based learning/training at Emory University. The Director of Simulation Operations will be a key member of the university's academic leadership team, responsible for developing and implementing strategies to maximize the impact of simulation-based learning.The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Simulation Technologies, Healthcare Administration, or Educational Technology, and have at least five years of experience in a related role. The successful candidate should have experience in creating and deploying simulation-based learning programs in a higher education environment, and should be knowledgeable of adult learning principles, current trends, and best practices in simulation-based learning. They should also possess leadership and communication skills, and be able to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and students. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about improving the quality of education with innovative simulation technologies, and who is excited to help shape the future of simulation-based learning at Emory University.
