- Oversee all aspects of facility maintenance and logistics for Emory University, ensuring that all facilities are well-maintained and operate efficiently.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for facility maintenance, including preventative maintenance programs and long-term maintenance schedules.
- Manage a team of maintenance and logistics staff, providing direction, support, and training as needed.

Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Facility Management, Or A Related Field.
5+ Years Of Experience In Facility Maintenance And Logistics, Preferably In A University Or Large Organization Setting.
Strong Leadership Skills And Proven Experience In Managing A Team And Developing Effective Maintenance And Logistics Strategies.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Building Systems And Equipment, Including Hvac, Electrical, Plumbing, And Security Systems.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Abilities, With The Ability To Interact Effectively With Diverse Stakeholders And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
