
Graphic Design Internship - Marketing/Communication (ETS)| Temporary
Welcome to Emory University's Graphic Design Internship in the Marketing and Communication department! We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team for a temporary position. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Collaborate with the Marketing and Communication team to create visually appealing and effective design solutions for various projects.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing materials, including but not limited to print and digital advertisements, social media graphics, and email campaigns.
- Use your creative thinking skills to come up with fresh and innovative design concepts that align with the university's brand and messaging.
- Take direction from senior designers and contribute ideas that enhance the overall design strategy.
- Conduct thorough research and stay up-to-date with design trends and techniques to ensure the quality and relevance of designs.
- Utilize your strong eye for detail to ensure all designs meet high standards of quality and accuracy.
- Work within set timelines and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects.
- Attend team meetings and provide input and feedback on design projects.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and take on new challenges to expand your skills and knowledge in the field of graphic design.
Strong Graphic Design Skills: The Intern Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of Design Principles, Typography, Color Theory, And Latest Design Software Such As Adobe Creative Suite.
Knowledge Of Marketing And Communication: The Intern Should Have A Basic Understanding Of Marketing And Communication Strategies To Create Effective Designs That Align With The University’s Brand And Messaging.
Portfolio Of Creative Work: A Portfolio Showcasing The Intern’s Previous Design Projects And Creativity Is An Important Qualification For This Internship.
Strong Time Management And Organizational Skills: The Intern Should Be Able To Manage Multiple Projects And Meet Deadlines In A Fast-Paced Environment.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: The Intern Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate And Collaborate With Team Members And Stakeholders To Understand Their Design Needs And Provide Timely Updates On Project Progress.
