Job Description

At Emory University, we are seeking a compassionate and highly motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Psychiatry - Autism team. We are looking for a dedicated individual to help us provide quality support and care to our patients. This is a full-time position and requires an individual with a strong commitment to the field. As an RBT, you will be responsible for providing direct intervention to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) in a behavioral health setting.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and be comfortable working with children, families, and team members of varying backgrounds. We are looking for someone with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as knowledge and experience with Autism Spectrum Disorders and behavioral intervention. We believe in providing evidence-based and person-centered care, so the ability to work with diverse populations is essential.If you have the drive and passion to make a positive impact in the lives of our patients, then this is the perfect opportunity for you. Job Qualifications
  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent

  • Strong Interpersonal And Communication Skills

  • At Least Two Years Of Experience Working With Individuals With Autism

  • Cpr And First Aid Certification

  • Registered Behavior Technician (Rbt) Certification

  • Proven Knowledge Of Applied Behavior Analysis (Aba) Principles And Practices

  • Ability To Work As Part Of A Team

  • Flexibility And Willingness To Work With A Variety Of Individuals With Different Abilities
