1. Facilitate a welcoming and positive experience for patients and their families as they enter our post-acute healthcare facility.
2. Serve as the main point of contact for potential patients and their families, providing information about our services, programs, and amenities.
3. Conduct initial screenings and assessments to determine the appropriateness of our facility for potential patients and coordinate with the clinical team to ensure a smooth admission process.
