1. Provide high-quality and compassionate dialysis treatments to patients in accordance with established protocols and procedures.
2. Monitor patients' vital signs, lab results, and overall health to ensure timely and appropriate interventions are implemented.
3. Administer medications and other treatments as ordered by the physician and document all interventions accurately and thoroughly.
4. Educate patients and their families about their condition, treatment plan, and self-care techniques to promote optimal health and well-being.
5. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for each patient.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational policies and procedures.
