1. Prepare and serve nutritious meals to patients according to their dietary needs and restrictions.
2. Follow all dietary guidelines and regulations set by healthcare professionals.
3. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and dining area.
4. Monitor food inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
5. Assist with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and cooking.
6. Ensure all food items are properly labeled and stored.
7. Communicate with patients to obtain meal preferences and address any concerns or questions.
8. Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure patients' dietary needs are being met.
9. Keep accurate records of food intake and assist with tracking patients' dietary progress.
10. Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families, ensuring a positive dining experience.
11. Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines in food handling and preparation.
12. Attend and participate in training and educational sessions related to dietary guidelines and regulations.
13. Maintain a professional and respectful attitude towards patients, families, and co-workers.
14. Assist with special events and catering services as needed.
