Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
1-2 Years Of Experience In A Human Resources Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws And Regulations, Including Ada, Fmla, And Eeoc.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work With A Diverse Group Of Employees.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Hris Systems, With The Ability To Learn New Software Quickly.
