- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care.
- Participate in continuing education and training to stay updated on current healthcare practices.
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.

Valid Rn License: The Candidate Must Possess A Current And Active Registered Nurse License From The State In Which They Will Be Practicing.
Bachelor's Degree In Nursing: A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Nursing From An Accredited Institution Is Required For This Position.
Clinical Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Clinical Experience In A Hospital Or Healthcare Setting.
Basic Life Support (Bls) Certification: The Candidate Should Have A Current Bls Certification From The American Heart Association Or The American Red Cross.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: Registered Nurses At Encompass Health Must Have Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Patients, Families, And Healthcare Team Members.
