5. Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a seamless transition for patients from referral sources to the rehabilitation hospital.
6. Communicate effectively with referral sources regarding patient progress and discharge planning.
7. Represent Encompass Health at community events and networking opportunities to promote the rehabilitation hospital.
8. Stay current on industry trends and changes in healthcare regulations to effectively communicate and promote Encompass Health's services.
9. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies to increase referrals.
10. Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of referral interactions and outcomes.
11. Act as a resource for patients and families, answering questions and providing information about the rehabilitation hospital.
12. Serve as a positive and professional representative of Encompass Health, upholding the organization's values and mission.
13. Participate in training and development programs to continuously improve knowledge and skills.
