6. Provide ongoing support to patients and their families, serving as a liaison between them and the rehabilitation team.

9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in rehabilitation services to provide the most current information to patients and their families.
10. Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient interactions and progress.
11. Adhere to all legal and ethical standards in providing patient care and maintaining patient confidentiality.
12. Attend regular training and education sessions to enhance skills and knowledge in rehabilitation services.
13. Collaborate with other rehab liaisons and healthcare professionals within Encompass Health to share best practices and improve patient outcomes.
14. Demonstrate a positive and empathetic attitude towards patients and their families, providing emotional support as needed.
15. Represent Encompass Health in a professional and positive manner at all times.
